Balance the seven chakras within your body with our Orgone Energy Reiki Stones
Description
To balance the chakras within the body, you will need to use reiki stones. This ritual is called reiki healing or chakra healing. You will need a calm, quiet room to meditate and your reiki stones.
To balance your chakras, you will place the appropriate reiki stone on the area of the body related to the color of the stone.
For example, if you are going to focus on your crown chakra, you will lie flat on the floor and place the purple reiki stone on your forehead while you close your eyes and meditate. You will want to meditate as long as you feel necessary. This may be approximately 30 minutes, or it may be more or less.
You will continue this process until you have balanced all seven chakras within your body.
A chakra is a specific focal point in your body used for meditation, peace, and growth.
The Most Common Chakra System
The most common chakra system today is known as the Seven Chakra System. The seven chakra system describes the seven focal points in the bodies and the colors and crystals that are associated with them.
Reiki stones are also known as chakra stones as they relate directly to the seven chakras.
What are the Seven Chakras?
There are seven total chakras, and each chakra is directly related to a specific focal point of the body. The seven chakras begin with the first chakra in the focal point of the head and travel down the body to the last focal point in the root.
The 7th Chakra - Crown Chakra (Sahasrara) - Purple
The crown chakra is also called the Sahasrara and is represented by the color purple. The crown chakra is located at the very top of the head and represents a person’s ability to make a spiritual connection. The crown chakra is related to the nervous system in the body.
The 6th Chakra - Third Eye Chakra (Ajna) - Purple/Blue
The 6th chakra is the third eye chakra, also known as Ajna. The third eye chakra is represented by the colors purple and/or blue. It is called the third eye chakra because this chakra focuses on intuition, wisdom, imagination, and guidance. The third eye chakra is related to the eyes and sinuses within the body.
The 5th Chakra - Throat Chakra (Vishuddha) - Blue
The throat chakra is also known as Vishuddha. The throat chakra is represented by the color blue. The throat chakra focuses on our ability to communicate, speak the truth, and live an honest life. The physical location of the throat chakra represents the thyroid gland, teeth, and vocal cords.
The 4th Chakra - Heart Chakra (Anahata) - Green
The 4th chakra is the heart chakra, also called Anahata. The heart chakra is represented by the color green. The heart chakra is located in the center of the chest, where the heart is positioned. The heart chakra represents our ability to love, feel, and heal. The location of the heart chakra represents the heart, lungs, immune system, and thymus gland.
The 3rd Chakra - Solar Plexus Chakra (Manipura) - Yellow
The solar plexus chakra is also called the Manipura, and it is the 3rd chakra. The solar plexus chakra is represented by the color yellow. The solar plexus chakra is located behind the navel and represents our ability to be in control of our life. It is related to courage, bravery, honor, and responsibility. The solar plexus chakra represents the physical area of the body related to many organs, such as the liver, pancreas, and nervous system.
The 2nd Chakra - Sacral Chakra (Swadhisthana) - Orange
The next to last chakra is the sacral chakra, also known as Swadhisthana. The sacral chakra is represented by the color orange. The sacral chakra is located in the lower abdomen and focuses on our ability to accept others, try new experiences, and engage in sexual activities. The area of the body related to the sacral chakra is the intestines, reproductive organs, and kidneys.
The 1st Chakra - Root Chakra (Muladhara) - Red
The final chakra is the root chakra, also known as Muladhara. The root chakra is represented by the color red. This chakra is called the root chakra because it represents our foundation and act of being grounded. It is also associated with security, identity, and confidence. The root chakra is located in the base of the spine and is related to the spinal cord, rectum, legs, and circulatory system.
The 12 Basic Reiki Healing Stones
When using Reiki healing stones, there are twelve different stones related to the seven chakras.
These stones are Onyx, Quartz, Amethyst, Citrine, Lapis Lazuli, Opal, Topaz, Aquamarine, Jade, Garnet, Bloodstone, and Blue Lace Agate.
These are the 12 basic stones, but there are other additional stones that can be used for Reiki healing. For example, onyx can be used to balance the root chakra, but you can also use obsidian or shungite.
Things to Remember When Using Reiki Stones
Before you begin using Reiki stones to balance your chakra, you will need to remember a few things.
First, balancing your chakra is about meditation, cleansing, positive energy, and personal growth. Therefore, it is important to take time on each of the seven chakras so that you can learn if there are areas in your life you need to grow or focus on.
Next, you will need to make sure you balance your chakra with Reiki stones without any interruptions. This means you may need to turn your cell phone off and lock yourself in your bedroom so that there are no external distractions.
Once you have created a safe and calming place where you can meditate, you will need to place the Reiki stone on the area of the body related to the chakra you are cleansing and balancing.
These are the following chakras and their respective colors:
- Crown chakra - purple
- Third eye chakra - purple/dark blue
- Throat chakra - blue
- Heart chakra - green
- Solar plexus chakra - yellow
- Sacral chakra - orange
- Root chakra - red
Other Ways to Apply Reiki Stones
Another way you can apply Reiki stones to your body and balance your chakra is by wearing a Reiki stone bracelet. A Reiki bracelet includes all seven of the Reiki stones related to the seven chakras.
In addition to helping balance your chakras, Reiki bracelets also have various healing properties. For example, wearing a Reiki stone bracelet can help relieve pain, inflammation, and muscle soreness.
How to Cleanse your Reiki Healing Stones
You should cleanse your Reiki healing stones as often as possible; preferably after each use. This is because of the amount of negative energy that the Reiki stones are likely to absorb during the ritual. For the Reiki stones to adequately work, they will need to be cleansed so that additional negative energy can be absorbed during the next balancing ritual. Too much negative energy absorbed in the Reiki stones can cause the stones to become ineffective or even damaged.
The best way to cleanse your Reiki healing stones does not involve water at all. Instead, you should cleanse the Reiki healing stones by smudging them with smoke. You will need to smudge the Reiki healing stones by burning loose sage, cedar, incense, or sweetgrass.
When the leaves begin to smoke, take the Reiki healing stones and pass them through the smoke or set them next to the smoke for about five or so minutes to ensure the Reiki stones have been adequately cleansed.
You can also use salt water to cleanse the Reiki healing stones, but you should be careful when applying water to healing stones as water can eliminate some of the healing properties of the stones. Instead of saltwater, try to find a natural freshwater source to place the Reiki healing stones in to cleanse. Natural freshwater is a better alternative to cleansing the Reiki healing stones as saltwater can be abrasive and damaging.
The last method of cleansing includes natural sunlight and moonlight. Simply place the Reiki healing stones outside at night before you go to bed and bring them inside the next morning in the late morning hours. This will recharge the healing stones and allow the negative energy to be removed through the use of both moonlight as well as sunlight.
